Sefer Mishnat Rabbi Eliezer – sermons by Rabbi Eliezer Trilinger, a native of Nikolsburg.

Only Edition, Frankfurt am Oder, 1707.

This Sefer  was brought to print by the author’s son, Rabbi Yuzpa of Leinmik. It is adorned with many, many approbations, starting with an approbation by the gaon Rabbi David Oppenheim.

Year chronogram for 1717 on the title page: "משיח בן דוד בא ויגאל" – but the colophon notes "The work was completed … erev Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan 1707." This date indeed matches the dates on the approbations. Apparently one י from the year detail is not counted in the chronogram’s calculation.

Stamps of Rebbi Chaim Meir Yechiel Shapira [1864-1924] was the first Admor of Drohobitch. He was a grandson of the great Chassidic masters – the Saraf Rabbi Chaim Meir Yechiel Shapira (I) of Moglinitza, the maggid of Kozhitz, Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin, and the Admo"r of Sadigura.

He was a active proponent of settlement in Eretz Yisrael, taking up residence in Yerushalayim in 1922.
