Plate is decorated with stylized foliate motifs on top of intertwined link scrolling encircling the rim. Center presents a six pointed star interlinked at the corners and into a triangle engraved at center. In each section of the star different holy sites are depicted inside of floral cartouches featuring the Western Wall, the Tomb of Rachel, the Cave of the Patriarchs, and the Tower of David. The last two cartouches’ have the words Bezalel, Jerusalem stylishly spelled in them. A five branch candelabra is displayed on a scrolled puzzle shaped background at center.
Surrounding and through the points of the center star on a scrolled background are the words in Hebrew from Psalms 137: "Im eshkachech yerushalayim Tishkach yemini Tidbak leshoni lechiki Im lo ezkerechi Im lo a’aleh et yerushalayim Al rosh simchati."
Which translates to: "If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. Let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth, if I remember thee not; if I set not Jerusalem above my chiefest joy".
Topping the interior outer ring are stylized foliate motifs similar to those presented on the rim.
