Within the frame are various congratulatory verses. In the center of the frame is written the blessing "good writing and signature" and other blessings, and the name of Rabbi Avraham Singer, Rabbi of Palata, in bold red letters. At the bottom of the page, the name of the city "Jerusalem" is written in bold, followed by the hand signature of an appointee of the kollel ‘Rabbi Tovia Aryeh Goldberger’ and the stamp-signature of Rabbi David Yolus. A stamp of the Kollel: "Kollel Shomrei Hachomot in Tzion and Jerusalem Hachaim Hakedoshim ".
Rabbi Tovia Aryeh Goldberger. One of the greatest rabbis and businessmen in Jerusalem. A student of Rabbi Jeremiah Lev, Av Beis Din of Ohael. In the year 1773 he immigrated to Jerusalem. The son-in-law of the businessman Rabbi Azriel Zelig Huisdorf.
Rabbi Toviah Aryeh Goldberger was a member of the first composition of the Hasidic Board of Jerusalem (led by the Gaon of Lublin who owns "Torat Chesed"). He was one of the admirers of the Gaon of Lublin and the publisher of his book "Shuat Torat Chesed" on the Eben Ha’ezer section. One of my employers includes Hungary and a supervisor in this organization for twenty-three years together with the Gerih Sonnenfeld.
Rabbi David Rabbi Chaim Zvi Yolos (deceased Shevat 1752), son-in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Shag of Kuybersdorf. He studied with his father-in-law at the yeshiva of Rabbi David Shik, Av Beis Din of Tokai and with the Maharam Shik
