by Rabbi Yaakov Schorr (1853-1924), he was a close Talmid of Rabbi Yosef Shaul Natansohn (The ‘Sho’el U’Maishiv’), who granted him Semicha at the young age of 16!
Known as an Illui and an outstanding Talmid Chochom, he published this first Sefer, Meir Einey Chachomim when he was just 18 years old. Among his other Seforim is responsa Divrei Yaakov and She’aris Yaakov. He served as a Community Rabbi in Ludmir, Kitov and many others.
