The siddur includes prayers for weekdays, Shabbat, Rosh Chodesh, Chanukah and Purim, with Kabbalistic customs. The hymn "Yedid Nefesh" is printed at the beginning of the siddur. On leaves 67-83: "Night reading, the kriyat shema service for nighttime per the Kabbalistic custom … The alphabetic reading for each of the weeknights for before going to sleep per the early pious ones [חסידים הראשונים]." The siddur also includes The wayfarer’s prayer per Kabbalah and the prayer for those travelling by ship at sea.
Printed on leaves 222-223 is a hashkavah for those burned at the stake in sanctification of Hashem’s Name – referring to the anussim of Spain, whose relatives moved to Amsterdam. Megillat Antiochus for Chanukah, and Tikkun Purim. A poem for the inauguration of a synagogue in Amsterdam. Torah readings for Shabbat minchah, Mondays and Thursdays, with a designated title page. At the end of the siddur, there are printed tables for 80 years (1728-1807) and a calendar of days that the prayer tal u’mattar begins being recited in the Diaspora.
