In a rare instance, there are three separate sets of Rabbis signing.
Beth Din arrives at the conclusion that he perished in the Holocaust & she is permitted to remarry.
On side one the Budapest Beth Din signs,
Yakov Segal Lebowitz Rabbi of Kapish, Shimon Yisroel Posen Rabbi of Shopron and Yisroel Welcz Rosh Beth Din of Budapest.
On the second side sign, Yakov Segal Lebowitz Rabbi of Kapish, Avrom Yehuda… and Moshe Dov Volner who was the son in law of Rabbi Yisroel Welcz, he was also a Rabbi in Budapest and Later Rabbi of Ashkelon.
A third Beth Din signs in Nyredhaza, Shmaye Schwartz Dayan of Nyredhaza, Yechezkel Halevi Mandel and Shmuel Meir Leifer.
