The last two Pages is the Piyut V’amarted Koi Lechoi sung in Meron. The author notes that as the Rebbe of Tchorktov sent funds to light a eternal flame on the Tzion of Rasbi in Meron & even after his passing he left money for that purpose, it befits to print the piyut here.
