This 14k gold Jewish wedding ring takes it’s design inspiration from antique German and Italian Jewish wedding rings. Those rings, like this one, feature what appears to be a house, but scholars believe either represent a palace or castle, alluding to a "dream" for the new couple to achieve success in life, or, it depicts King Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem. The side "roof" with the red stone opens up! Because this is made of spun gold filigree, with believe this is Israeli in origin, likely made by a talented Sephardic artisan.
The ring weighs 17.4 grams Ring size: 7.
