This lot features a never-ending supply of implements that a mohel used in his duties to circumcise. Originally belonging to the mohel Chaim Zack (1930 – 2015), from East Sussex, England. He used this kit during the 1960’s. Included are five mohel knives, seven shields/clamps, two metzitza tubes, and a wine beaker. There are numerous surgical supplies and medicinal vials, as well as a booklet which has the blessing for the father to say during the ceremony, highlighted. All these materials are housed in a specially fitted case with compartments. A truly unique collection, would display well in an institutional exhibit space.
